Closed-die and open-die forgings in carbon and alloy steel, normalised and then CNC machined to final geometry. Grain flow stays where the load is.

Forging blanks are produced from 42CrMo, 20CrMnTi and C45 billet, normalised, then turned, milled and drilled on CNC centres. Every batch is checked for hardness and dimensional conformance before packing.
